Yesterday we got to listen to Massimo Vignelli talk about his life and career as a designer. From growing up in Italy, moving to the US and his first clients. Funny when you can talk about the NYC subway system as an early client. Very interesting and enlightening to hear him. Definitely something I could do a few more times. One of his best lines was “we all love complexity, but hate complications.” Well done for VCU to bring him here to Richmond, VA. Massimo Vignelli
